how it works

Three steps. Two weeks.

The same flow runs every customer engagement, whether you choose Service or License.

01

Choose

Pick an app from the marketplace — CRM, e-commerce, telehealth, AI assistant. Every featured app is curated and maintained by the AppLiaison team to a single quality bar.

02

Brand

Hand us your logo, color, copy, and domain. We theme every surface — web, email, mobile app, PDF — so customers see your brand from day one.

03

Launch

Choose service (we host and operate) or license (perpetual source plus optional support). Most apps ship in under two weeks.

How customers actually deploy

vs the alternatives

Not an agency. Not a boilerplate. Not low-code.

An agency rebuilds the same plumbing for every client. A boilerplate vendor sells you code you have to operate yourself. A low-code platform locks you into their runtime. AppLiaison is curated, branded, and yours — under a model that fits how you actually want to ship.

frequently asked

The questions buyers actually ask

Is this a curated marketplace or an open submission directory?
Curated. Every app in the featured library is built and maintained by AppLiaison's own team to a single quality bar — so the app you license today is the same one we ship to the next customer next month, with no abandonware risk. A community section for third-party apps and course creators is in development; submissions there will go through a quality review before they appear in search.
Service or license — which model is right for me?
Service makes sense if you want to focus on customers, not on operations. We host, monitor, patch, and update the app under your brand for a recurring fee. License makes sense if your team will run the codebase day-two, you have compliance requirements that make a perpetual source license non-negotiable, or you want long-term cost predictability.
How fast can I really launch?
Most apps in the library go from signed contract to live, branded production environment in 7–28 days. The deploy-time on each app page is the calibrated number — Clockwise is 7 days, Loanpath is 28 because the bureau and KYC integrations have their own timelines.
Can I really put my brand on every surface?
Yes. Every app ships theme-able from day one — web app, email sender domain, PDF exports, mobile app store listings, Slack and Teams apps. Every detail page lists the brandable surfaces explicitly.
What if I outgrow the boxed product?
On the License model, the source is yours and you can extend it however you like. On the Service model, customizations are scoped as paid engagements with a clear change-of-product boundary so we keep maintaining the core product cleanly.
Who owns the data and the IP?
You own all customer data, all customer-facing content, and any customizations we build for you. AppLiaison retains the IP on the underlying products themselves and licenses them to you for the duration of the engagement (Service) or in perpetuity (License).
What's NOT included?
Each app page has an honest "What's NOT included" section. As a rule: we do not provide the customer's capital, the customer's licenses, the customer's hardware, or the customer's content. The line is drawn explicitly per product to avoid surprises during procurement.
How do I start?
Browse the catalog, pick the app(s) that match your model, and book a sales conversation. We will scope a deployment plan, confirm whether Service or License fits, and have a contract on file in a week or two.
