Sitecrew is a field-service-management platform under your brand for trade businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pest control, specialty contracting). It runs the full job lifecycle: customer-side scheduling, dispatch to a technician, on-site mobile app for the technician, parts and labor capture, customer invoice generation, and post-job follow-up. It is built on the Field/Mobile Workforce Stack because the technician's phone is the operating-system the day actually runs on.

What you get

Sitecrew launches as four paired surfaces under your brand: customer booking site, dispatcher console, iOS technician app, and Android technician app. Stripe Terminal card readers ship to the customer’s offices for distribution to technicians. The first month runs in dual-mode (old + new) before cutting full operations over.

What’s NOT included

  • Project-based construction (months-long, multi-trade jobs). Sitecrew is for short-cycle service jobs; project-based construction is a different shape.
  • Asset / fleet management. Use Fleethub for the vehicles; Sitecrew is for the jobs the vehicles drive to.
  • Last-mile delivery dispatch. Use Routerunner.
  • In-house parts e-commerce site. Use Storeline if a customer-facing parts site is part of the play.
