A patient portal and EHR-lite for small clinics with HIPAA-grade audit trails
Patientlink is a patient portal plus an EHR-lite for clinics whose practice is too small for Epic and too clinical for SimplePractice. It runs on the Internal Tools Stack so HIPAA, audit logging, and SSO/SAML are first-class — and gives clinics a problem-list, medication-list, allergy-list, encounter-charting workflow with a patient-facing portal that the clinic actually controls.

What you get
Patientlink lands as a multi-tenant SaaS under the clinic’s brand on a HIPAA-eligible host. BAA paperwork is part of the License kickoff. Migration from an existing EHR runs on a parallel-data load through HL7 / FHIR or a vendor-specific export, validated session-by-session before cutover.

What’s NOT included
- In-hospital workflow. Patientlink is for outpatient clinics. Inpatient floor management, OR scheduling, etc. are out of scope.
- Telehealth video. Pair with Telehale.
- Full revenue-cycle management / claims submission. We export clean charge data; partner with a billing service or wire to Candid Health.
- Imaging PACS / DICOM viewer. Out of scope; integrate with the customer’s existing PACS.
