Listloft

A branded real-estate listings site with lead capture and CRM hand-off

Listloft is a branded real-estate listings site for individual agents, small brokerages, and boutique new-construction developers. It pulls listings from MLS via RETS or RESO Web API, renders them on a fast, themeable storefront, and hands captured leads to the customer's CRM (Helm or Salesforce or Follow Up Boss). It is the answer when "we want our own site, not a Realtor.com agent page."

Key features

  • MLS sync via RETS / RESO Web API with daily delta updates
  • Themeable listings index with filter by price, beds, baths, location, type
  • Map-based search via Mapbox with draw-on-map area selection
  • Listing detail with photo gallery, floor plan, neighborhood data
  • Lead capture forms (saved search, schedule tour, ask a question)
  • Email drip campaigns for saved searches with new-match alerts
  • Lead push to Helm CRM, Salesforce, Follow Up Boss, or Webhooks
  • Agent / team profile pages with active and recent listings

What you get

Listloft launches as a branded listings site on the customer’s domain. The MLS feed (RETS / RESO Web API) is wired during onboarding — typically the slowest part because of MLS-side approval delays — and the customer’s CRM webhook receives leads from day one of go-live.

Sample customer story (placeholder — illustrative only)

A 28-agent boutique residential brokerage licensed Listloft to escape kvCORE after their per-agent fee crossed $30k/year. The win was the saved-search drip: monthly leads-to-tour conversion improved 31% versus their prior system, mostly because the email templates finally reflected the brokerage’s voice instead of a generic kvCORE template.

What’s NOT included

  • Full CRM. Listloft pushes leads; the CRM (Helm, Salesforce, Follow Up Boss) holds them. We do not try to be both.
  • Transaction management (offer-to-close paperwork). Use Dotloop / Skyslope; Listloft is the front-of-funnel.
  • Brokerage back-office (commission disbursement). Out of scope.
  • For-Sale-By-Owner shape. Listloft is built for brokerage / agent-fed MLS workflows, not consumer-listed.
