Fleethub

Fleet and asset management with telematics, maintenance, and a driver app

Fleethub is a fleet-management platform under your brand for operators with 10–500 vehicles or pieces of mobile equipment. It tracks vehicles via OBD-II / telematics partner feeds, runs preventive-maintenance schedules, captures inspections from a driver mobile app, and gives ops a live view of where every asset is and what it is doing.

Key features

  • Live vehicle / asset tracking via Geotab, Samsara, or OBD-II partner feeds
  • Preventive maintenance schedules with mileage / hour / date triggers
  • Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR) on the driver mobile app
  • Work order management with vendor assignment and parts cost tracking
  • Fuel-card transaction import and reconciliation (WEX, Comdata, FuelManager)
  • Compliance documents (CDL, registration, insurance) with expiry alerts
  • Geofencing with alerts on enter / exit / dwell-time exceeded
  • Reporting on vehicle utilization, maintenance cost per mile, idle time

What you get

Fleethub launches as a paired ops dashboard and driver mobile app under your brand. Telematics integration depends on the customer’s existing hardware (Geotab, Samsara, or generic OBD-II); the maintenance and DVIR workflows go live without dependencies and run from day one.

Sample customer story (placeholder — illustrative only)

A 140-vehicle regional plumbing-services company licensed Fleethub to consolidate Samsara (telematics), Fleetio (maintenance), and Whip Around (DVIR) into one tool under their brand. The win was the maintenance-cost-per-mile report: actually trustworthy for the first time in five years, because all three data feeds finally lived in the same database with the same vehicle IDs.

What’s NOT included

  • ELD compliance certification. We integrate ELDs; we do not certify them.
  • Telematics hardware. Customer brings their own (or buys from a partner).
  • Driver dispatch. Use Routerunner for delivery dispatch; Fleethub is asset-side, not job-side.
  • Customer-side billing for service fleets. Use Sitecrew (which handles billable service jobs) or Ledgerline (which handles invoicing).
