Rentyard is a launch-ready rental marketplace under your brand. It is the Airbnb-shaped two-sided platform for vertical-specific rental businesses — beach houses, party tents, photography equipment, instruments, RVs, mobility scooters — bundling availability calendars, deposits, damage claims, and host payouts into a single deployable codebase that handles the things every rental marketplace re-implements badly.

What you get
Rentyard ships as a two-sided SaaS — hosts and renters — under your brand and your domain. Hosts complete KYC through Stripe and list inventory in their first session. Renters discover via search and map, request or instant-book, and clear payment that splits to the host on the configured payout schedule.

A regional surfboard rental marketplace covering the California coast licensed Rentyard to consolidate ten years of phone-call bookings across 80 hosts. Six months after launch, $1.4M GMV had cleared with an 8% take-rate, and the hosts (median age 58) consistently described the platform onboarding as “easier than I expected” — most of which is the Stripe Connect onboarding they did, not anything Rentyard wrote.
What’s NOT included
- Long-term residential leasing with tenant-screening pipelines. That is Tenantdesk’s domain.
- Property management ops (cleaning schedules, maintenance work orders). Out of scope here; can integrate with a partner PM tool.
- Insurance products. We integrate with insurance partners (e.g., Slice) but do not underwrite.
- Dynamic pricing AI. Pricing rules are configurable, not predicted. ML-driven dynamic pricing is a paid Pass-2 customization.
