It does the boring middle of email — segmentation, drip sequences, transactional sends, deliverability monitoring — and pairs cleanly with the rest of the AppLiaison library (Storeline + Sendwave for ecommerce lifecycle, Coursebase + Sendwave for course-creator lifecycle, Helpbridge + Sendwave for support follow-up).

What you get

Sendwave launches as a multi-tenant SaaS under your brand and your sender domain. SPF / DKIM / DMARC are configured during onboarding (the slowest part — DNS propagation is real). The first lifecycle automations are seeded from the customer’s existing tool’s exports.

A 38-person D2C apparel brand licensed Sendwave to escape Klaviyo after their per-recipient pricing crossed $4k/month. What’s NOT included

  • SMS marketing. A possible paid customization, but the out-of-the-box product is email-only.
  • Push notifications. Use the built-in capabilities of Stillpoint / Fitloop / Vaultfolio for those.
  • CRM / sales-side email. Use Helm CRM for sales emails.
  • Survey distribution and NPS. Use Surveysmith.
