What you get
Surveysmith launches as a multi-tenant SaaS under your brand. The first NPS template is configured during onboarding; lifecycle triggers from any paired AppLiaison product wire on day one; the embeddable widget drops into the customer’s product with a script tag.

A 60-person SaaS company licensed Surveysmith to consolidate Delighted (NPS), Hotjar (in-product feedback), and Typeform (research surveys) into a single branded surface. The win was the topic-clustering feature on free-text responses: their PM team discovered that “the import flow is confusing” was the single most-mentioned issue across three months of surveys, which had been invisible when the responses were spread across three tools.
What’s NOT included
- Quant-research panels (paid respondents). Surveysmith distributes to your audience; for sourced research panels, integrate with a partner.
- Conjoint / MaxDiff specialty research designs. A paid Pass-2 customization, not in the box.
- Replay-style session recording. Out of scope; partner with Hotjar / FullStory if needed.
- Closed-loop ticket creation. When NPS detractors arrive, push them to Helpbridge via the webhook integration; we do not try to be a helpdesk.
